Chairman - Naser Partovi, CEO, Sky MobileMedia Naser Partovi is President and CEO of SKY MobileMedia, a leading provider of multi-media framework and applications for cellular handsets and new generation of connected multi-media devices. Prior to joining SKY MobileMedia, Naser was a managing director at Enterprise Partners Venture Capital based in San Diego. Partovi joined Enterprise Partners Venture Capital in 2000. Naser Invested in Networking, Telecommunication, and Media communications companies. He was on the boards of: Ascendent Systems, DragonWave, NP Photonics, Quorum Systems, ReliOn, and SKY MobileMedia. Naser was also on the board of GoBeam which was acquired by Covad Communications; WIDCOMM which was recently acquired by Broadcom, and Gigabit Optics which was acquired by Oplink. |

Treasurer - Kevan Bradshaw, Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers Kevan Bradshaw is the leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Assurance practice in San Diego. As a Partner in PwC's Technology, Infocom and Entertainment practice, Kevan principally serves technology-based clients in all stages of development from early stage start-ups to established multinational companies. Kevan has extensive experience in advising on complex accounting and financial reporting matters in the areas of U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards. His experience includes advising U.S. multinationals on doing business in China while he served as the leader of PwC’s Assurance and Business Advisory practice in our Beijing office from 1997-2003. |

Secretary - Maria Sendra, Partner, Baker & McKenzie Maria Sendra is a partner at Baker & McKenzie and is also Chair of Southern California Corporate and Securities Practice. Her practice focuses on corporate and strategic companies in the wireless, computer software and hardware, energy, biotechnology and retail industries. She frequently counsels public and private companies on the more intricate issues arising out of follow-on financings, SEC compliance, complex licensing, corporate alliances, and mergers and acquisitions strategies. Ms. Sendra received her undergraduate degree from Yale University (BA, magna cum laude) and her masters degree from Indiana University (MA, with distinction). Ms. Sendra received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where she received an award for excellence in written advocacy. Her background is in molecular biophysics and biochemistry. She also studied and worked as a research scientist at Yale and as a documentary filmmaker at Harvard University. Director & CEO - Rory Moore, CEO, CommNexus San Diego Rory Moore was the seed round investor, co-founder of Peregrine Semiconductor Corp. Rory was also the seed round investor and founding CEO of Silicon Wave, Inc., now owned by Qualcomm. He was a cofounder of e-Fire.com, and Optical River. In addition, he is co-chair of the Military Special Interest Group and a member of the NextStage committee. Previously, Ted was a Platoon Commander in the US Navy SEALs, and a Division Officer aboard a US Navy destroyer. Director - Bill Davidson, Senior VP, Global Marketing & Investor Relations, Qualcomm Bill Davidson is senior vice president of global marketing and investor relations for Qualcomm Incorporated. In this role, Davidson provides leadership for Qualcomm's marketing and public relations efforts worldwide and is the primary liaison with the investment community and Qualcomm shareholders. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2002, Davidson served as senior vice president of corporate affairs and carrier relations at Aether Systems, where he acted as a liaison between the company and wireless carriers, negotiated network carrier contracts and formed joint marketing agreements. Davidson has more than 20 years of experience in technical sales, marketing and general management roles in the telecommunications industry. He spent 13 years at Bell Atlantic that included substantial experience within the wireline business at New Jersey Bell, as well as serving subsequently as vice president of wireless data sales and marketing for Bell Atlantic Mobile. He has served as secretary of the board of the Wireless Data Forum and as a member of the Executive Advisory Committee of the Wireless Internet Caucus within the Cellular Telephone Industry Association. In addition to being regularly quoted as an expert in industry publications, Davidson has appeared on CNBC's “The Edge” and “The Weekly Business Report” for PBS. Director - Bo Hedfors, President, Hedfone Consulting Bo Hedfors, a native of Sweden, has 40 years of global telecom experience in both wireline and wireless. He founded his own telecom/internet consulting practice in Chicago, USA in 2002. Previously, Bo was Executive Vice President of Motorola and President of its global wireless infrastructure business based in Chicago. He came to Motorola in 1998 from Ericsson, where he spent 30 years in different management positions. Among them, president of Honeywell Ericsson Development Co. in Anaheim, California 1984-1986; Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of LM Ericsson in Stockholm, Sweden 1990-1993; President and CEO of Ericsson, Inc. in Dallas, Texas 1994-1998. Bo is member of the board of two public companies: Tellabs in Illinois and Openwave in California. He is also on the board of four private companies: Silicon Valley based Kineto Wireless, Firetide and Purewave Networks and San Diego based E-Band Communications. Bo has served as advisor to Sun, Compaq and HP and is currently engaged as advisor to both small private and large public communications companies worldwide. Bo holds a Master of Electrical Engineering degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden and he is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. |

Director - Doug Hutcheson, CEO, Leap Wireless Doug Hutcheson is the CEO of Leap Wireless and is responsible for overseeing the corporate and local business operations for the Company. A business strategist with more than 23 years of management experience, Mr. Hutcheson developed the initial concept and led the core team that pioneered Cricket, Leap’s innovative, all-you-can-talk local wireless service. Previously, Mr. Hutcheson established and led the marketing and international operations group in the Wireless Infrastructure division at QUALCOMM Incorporated. At QUALCOMM, in addition to directing the marketing efforts, he led multiple teams negotiating equipment sales, financing arrangements and joint ventures throughout the world. His work also included developing market research, proposals, pricing, and contract development policies. Prior to QUALCOMM, Mr. Hutcheson was with Solar Turbines, Inc. from 1982 to 1991. While there, Mr. Hutcheson held various positions including General Manager, Technical Service Manager, and Regional Customer Service and Operations Manager. Mr. Hutcheson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Irvine, where he graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. |

Director - Jeff Hwang, President, LG Elecronics MobileComm USA Mr. Jeff Hwang was appointed president of LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A Inc in January 2008. Hwang holds a business administration degree from Sogang University in Korea and has been with and contributed to the development of LG for 16 years. He oversees all LG Mobile Phones’ North American development, manufacturing and marketing efforts as well as strategic planning, carrier relationships and business development. He began his tenure with the company in Seoul, Korea, where he managed overseas sales of audio and video electronic products. In 1992, he was promoted to LG Electronics in the U.K. and as head of product marketing, played an integral role in the introduction of new consumer electronic products to the British market. Five years later, Hwang advanced to the Chairman's office to become a group member in Korea, where he worked to develop the strategy for LG's affiliates. His contribution there earned him a promotion to head the marketing group of LG Electronics, Inc. in Korea. As senior manager, Hwang successfully launched next generation phones for the overseas advanced mobile handset market. For the past year, Hwang led LG’s mobile communication business for the Korean market. Recently, he served as senior vice president of marketing and product planning for LG Mobile Phones from 2003 until 2006 where he oversaw marketing intelligence, product management and marketing communications for the North American market. |

Director - Stath Karras, Executive Managing Director, Cushman Wakefield Stath Karras is the Executive Managing Director of Cushman Wakefield's San Diego area brokerage. Mr. Karras has over 27 years of experience in the real estate industry, the last 17 of which have been with Burnham Real Estate which was purchased by Cushman Wakefield in 2008. Prior to his current position, Mr. Karras served as Burnham's Chief Operating Officer and before that he oversaw the firm's real estate and asset management operations with responsibility for a portfolio totaling more than twelve million square feet of commercial space. Director - Richard Kim, Partner, Morrison & Foerster Richard Kim is the leader of the high-tech patent group in the San Diego office of Morrison & Foerster. His practice focuses on patent procurement and counseling, and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Kim has assisted clients, including start-ups and established corporations, in procuring patents and developing patent portfolio strategies in a variety of technologies, including: electronics, computers (hardware and software), telecommunications, digital imaging, semiconductor manufacturing, analytics (e.g., statistical modeling), Internet-based business methods, video graphics processing, pharmacological screening, genetic database systems (bioinformatics), and medical devices. Additionally, Mr. Kim has represented clients in the context of patent infringement, trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation lawsuits pending before state and federal courts. Director - Jim Kirkpatrick, CTO, Sierra Wireless Jim Kirkpatrick joined Sierra Wireless in 2003 as Senior Vice President, Engineering. Prior to joining AirPrime, Jim spent seven years at DENSO International America, Inc. as Vice President of Wireless Technologies and Senior Director of the DENSO Hardware Development Group. He also spent eight years working as Senior RF Staff Engineer at Hughes Aircraft Co., where he spearheaded advanced R&D of spaceborne frequency synthesizers and receivers for DoD applications. Director - Rick Kornfeld, President, Kornfeld Consulting Rick Kornfeld serves as a director and/or advisor to several private companies in San Diego, including SKY MobileMedia. Mr. Kornfeld served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for NextWave Wireless and NextWave Broadband. In this role, Mr. Kornfeld was responsible for mergers, acquisitions, and investments, playing a leading role in developing the company's strategy. Before joining NextWave, Mr. Kornfeld was the CEO of Staccato Communications, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Kornfeld was the Vice President and General Manager of Texas Instruments' Wireless Center responsible for the Wireless Chipset Business. He joined Texas Instruments through the acquisition of Dot Wireless, Inc., which he co-founded and served as the Chairman, CEO and President. Before founding Dot Wireless, Mr. Kornfeld was a founding member of NextWave Telecom, Inc., where he was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Products division. Prior to NextWave, Mr. Kornfeld was Vice President of Engineering at QUALCOMM, Inc. Mr. Kornfeld has also held various technical positions at M/A-Com and Linkabit. Mr. Kornfeld has earned distinction in the wireless industry for his many innovations in the field of wireless voice and data communications. He has published numerous papers and is a named inventor on 17 patents. Mr. Kornfeld is a graduate from the School of Engineering, University of California, where he was also named the Alumni of the Year in 2001. Director - Terry Lingren, Vice President, Kyocera Telecommunications Research Corporation Terry Lingren is the Vice President of engineering for Kyocera Telecommunications Research Corporation (KTRC). He directs the development of advanced technologies for Kyocera's global telecommunications companies. Prior to helping start KTRC in 2003, Mr. Lingren was Vice President of Engineering for Kyocera Wireless Corp. and QUALCOMM's Consumer Products Division, responsible for the design and development of all CDMA wireless products. Mr. Lingren previously was Vice President of Engineering at Amplica Inc., a microwave and RF subassemblies manufacturer, and also held various positions at Hughes Aircraft Company in RF component design, antenna design and subsystem development. |

Director - John Major, Chairman, Broadcom John Major is the Founder and President of MTSG, a strategic consulting business specializing in emerging opportunities. Previously, he was Chairman and CEO of Novatel Wireless, a provider of wireless data access solutions for PDA's and laptops, where he led the company's successful IPO in the fall of 2000. Before Novatel Wireless, Mr. Major was Chairman and CEO of Wireless Knowledge, a joint venture of QUALCOMM Incorporated and Microsoft Corporation, and held various positions at Motorola, Inc. including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Major currently serves as a director of five public companies: Broadcom Corporation, Novatel Wireless, Inc., Verilink Corporation, Lennox International, Inc. and Littelfuse, Inc. Mr. Major participates in several industry and community organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Governors' Executive Committee for the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) and the Electronic Industries Association (EIA). Director - Eli Mansour, Partner, Luce Forward Eli Mansour is a partner with the law firm of Luce Forward and has a diverse transactional practice that includes intellectual property transactions and aviation matters. Mr. Mansour has extensive experience in a wide range of intellectual property transactions with an emphasis on development, protection and licensing of pharmaceuticals, software, technology and related intellectual property. Mr. Mansour has represented clients in a variety of transactional intellectual property matters, including the drafting and negotiating of software, technology and pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, distribution and licensing agreements, drug and device discovery agreements, clinical trials, joint venture agreements, and technology assignment and transfer transactions. Mr. Mansour's past experience as an in-house .com attorney has given him vast exposure to and understanding of legal and business issues facing software start-ups and other technology businesses. Mr. Mansour has worked closely with several of his clients to complete transactions in the United States, India, the U.K., France, Italy and Brazil. Mr. Mansour's practice areas also include transactional matters and outside general counsel services for technology and other clients, mergers and acquisitions of technology and other companies, antitrust and unfair competition (with particular emphasis on representation in Hart-Scott-Rodino matters) as well as U.S. Export Control Laws and Anti-Terrorism Laws and their impact on technology and aviation transactions. |

Director - Clint McClellan, Senior Director, Qualcomm Clint McClellan is currently the senior director of Market Intelligence for Qualcomm, Incorporated. McClellan's current responsibilities include overseeing market intelligence, market analysis, and market research. McClellan joined QUALCOMM in December of 1997 as director of strategic marketing. McClellan brings a wealth of wireless industry analysis experience to QUALCOMM. Prior to joining the Company, McClellan most recently served as a senior analyst for Gartner Group/Dataquest's Telecommunications Group in its personal communications wireless program. While he was at Dataquest, McClellan served as a news anchor for two years on the Good Morning San Jose show at KNTV, an ABC affiliate, where he presented analysis and commentary on daily news events affecting high-technology industries. Previously, McClellan worked as a marketing specialist at Telephone House Nippo in Kobe, Japan and for CH2M Hill Consulting Engineers in Oakland, California. Director - Thomas Munro, CEO, Verimatrix Thomas Munro is currently CEO of Verimatrix, a company which sets the standard for software-based content security and revenue enhancement technologies in pay-TV networks, with a global customer base of telecommunications providers. Mr. Munro has over 22 years of experience in both finance and technology. Prior to Verimatrix, he was President of Wireless Facilities, Inc., a global leader in the design, deployment, and management of wireless mobility and broadband wireless networks. Munro also served as CFO of WFI from 1997 to 2000, through the company's successful IPO, and as President from September of 2000 until his retirement in January 2003. Prior to joining WFI, Mr. Munro was founder and CEO of @Market, a retail sporting goods website. |

Director - John Palmer, President, Southern California Region, Verizon Wireless John Palmer is president-Southern California Region for Verizon Wireless, responsible for sales and overall company operations in the Southern California region, including markets in the five-county Greater Los Angeles area and San Diego County. Palmer previously served as president-Upstate New York Region for Verizon Wireless, following five years as vice president of Marketing for the company’s Northeast Area, where he was responsible for all marketing activities in the Area's five regions (New England, Upstate New York, New York Metro, Philadelphia and Washington/Baltimore/Virginia), including service and equipment pricing; product development, management and delivery; and advertising. He began his telecommunications career at New England Telephone Company, where he held a number of marketing and operational management positions. He joined NYNEX Mobile in 1989, and later held key positions in Bell Atlantic Mobile's New England Region, including executive director-Marketing, and director- Indirect Distribution. Palmer earned a bachelor's degree in economics from The College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. |

Director - Larry Paulson, Senior Vice President, Nokia Larry Paulson joined Nokia in 1987. He is currently Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Nokia CDMA Business Unit and has served as President of Technophone Corporation, a Nokia owned subsidiary, President of Nokia Product Corporation, another wholly owned subsidiary and Vice President of Americas Business Development. He started in his current role in 1997. Mr. Paulson’s current responsibilities include product roadmaps, business planning, feature strategies and application activities for all Nokia CDMA products worldwide. He has served as a charter member of Nokia Americas Management Board and currently represents Nokia as a member of the CDMA Development Group Leadership Council. Mr. Paulson also represents Nokia as a Mentor Sponsor of the San Diego Telecom Council and serves on the SDTC Board. Director - Ake Persson, Chairman, Sky MobileMedia Ake Persson is an established member of the telecom industry with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for several corporations and organizations including CommNexus. From 1999 until his retirement in February 2004, Persson was the president of Ericsson’s CDMA Systems Business Unit and president of Ericsson Wireless Communications Inc. in San Diego. From 1995 to 1999, Persson was the vice president for marketing and sales for Ericsson Radio Systems, encompassing all wireless activities of the global Ericsson organization. From 1993 to 1995, he was the vice president of business development for Ericsson US. Between 1970 and 1993, he served Ericsson in a number of other roles, including vice president and general manager of Ericsson’s Mobile Voice and Data Systems from 1984 to 1989. In addition to his experience with Ericsson, for two years, Persson was the executive vice president of RAM Mobile Data, Inc., a nationwide data service provider, which was subsequently acquired by BellSouth International, Inc. Persson holds a B.Sc. in theoretical physics and mathematics from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. |

Director - Prof. Ramesh Rao, Director, Calit2 at UC San Diego Prof. Ramesh Rao has been on the faculty of the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of California, San Diego, where he is currently Professor and Director of the San Diego Division of the California Institute of Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2). In April 2004, he was named QUALCOMM Endowed Chair in Telecommunications and Information Technology. His research interests include architectures, protocols and performance analysis of wireless, wire line and photonic networks for integrated multi-media services. Camille is a director of Sierra Asia, a consultancy and investment banking firm which assists life sciences, technology and media companies in successfully accessing the China market and is a co-founder and President of the Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance, chair of UCSD Athena's 2007 Pinnacle Awards Nominating Committee, a board member of San Diego Social Venture Partners and La Jolla Music Society, and on the Founder's Circle of UCSD Preuss School. |

Director - Howard Speaks, CEO, Rosum Howard "Skip" Speaks has over 20 years of telecommunications experience in the network operator and the wireless equipment manufacturing and vendor business. Speaks is currently CEO of Rosum Corporation, an indoor positioning technology company. Speaks previously served as CEO for Kyocera-Wireless Corporation, a San Diego based wireless handset manufacturer, and at Ericsson as Executive Vice President and General Manager for their Wireless Division.
